MarketFlowUpThis Privacy Policy explains how MarketFlowUp ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use our AI marketing platform (the "Service"). We are committed to processing data lawfully and transparently, in line with the GDPR.
1. Data we collect
Account data: your name, email address and authentication details. Content data: the prompts, briefs, brand information and the text, images and videos you generate or upload. Usage data: how you use the Service, plan and generation counts. Connection data: when you connect a third-party account (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X or Google), the access tokens and account identifiers needed to provide the features you request. Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use your data
To provide and operate the Service; to generate content you request; to save your work to your Library; to publish or send content on your behalf when you ask us to; to enforce plan limits; to secure the Service; to communicate with you; and to comply with legal obligations.
3. AI processing
To generate content, the prompts and brand information you provide are sent to our AI model providers for processing. We send only what is needed to fulfil your request. We do not use your private content to train public models.
4. Connected social accounts
If you connect a social or advertising account, we store the access token securely and use it only to perform the actions you authorize — for example, to publish a post or video to your account within the permissions you grant. We do not read or collect data beyond what those permissions allow. You can revoke access at any time, from your dashboard and from the platform itself. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own privacy policy.
5. Service providers we use
We rely on trusted providers to run the Service, including hosting and database, authentication, payment processing, AI generation, email delivery, and the social platforms you connect. These providers process data only on our instructions and under their own security and privacy commitments.
6. Storage and security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on secure cloud infrastructure in the EU. Access is restricted and protected by API keys and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. You can export or delete your workspace data at any time from your dashboard, or contact us to exercise any right. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it, unless a longer period is required by law. Deleting your workspace data or account removes your content from the Service.
9. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language and currency. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
